Dangerous Substances (Retail and Private Petroleum Stores) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 (S.I. 528 of 2012)

These Regulations were signed by the Minister on 18 December 2012 and came into operation on 01 January 2013.

The Regulations amend the Dangerous Substances (Retail and Private Petroleum Stores) Regulations 1979 (S.I. No. 311 of 1979) and the Dangerous Substances (Retail and Private Petroleum Stores) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 (S.I. No. 712 of 2011).
