Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (General Application) (Amendment) Regulations 2007 S.I. No. 732 of 2007

This amendment to the General Application Regulations of 2007 introduced the following amendments

• Redefined the definition of Hoist/Lift in Regulation 27
• Substituting Regulation 80 'Protection against electric shock in fault conditions' with revised text
• Substituting paragraph (4) of Regulation 81 with revised text
• Substituting paragraph (b) of Regulation 89 with revised text
• Substituting Regulation 90 ' Earth leakage protection for higher voltage ' with revised text
• Substituting Regulation 102 'Stability of supporting structure 'with revised text
• Substituting paragraph (1) of Regulation 131 with revised text
• Deleting paragraph (8) of Regulation 141
• Substituting paragraph (d) of Regulation 144 with revised text
• Deleting in Regulation 158 the definition of "supplementary signboard" where it first occurs between the definitions of "safety or health signs" and "signboard"
• Substituting Part C of Schedule 1 with revised text
