ECHA and EU Public Consultations
On a regular basis, the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) holds public consultations on proposals such as the identification of substances of very high concern, recommendations to subject substances to authorisation, or on the restrictions of certain substances. In addition, other Member States or organisations such as the European Commission may from time to time request available information on chemicals. This page details such consultations and the links below will bring users to the relevant information, if they wish to make submissions.
