REACH FAQ update 4.2 published
The REACH FAQ update 4.2 was published on 13 February on the ECHA website at the following link. http://echa.europa.eu/web/guest/support/faqs/frequently-asked-questions
This update includes, following the outcome of the consultation with the European Commission, a new FAQ 13.9 on whether a supplier has a duty to provide a REACH compliant Safety Data Sheet to its non-EU customers.
