Strategy Statement 2010 - 2012
This is the second strategy prepared by the Authority under the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005. It is also the first strategy prepared since the enactment of the Chemicals Act 2008, which significantly changed the remit of the Authority.

Annual Report 2008
2008 was a year of strong progress. There was achievement in the record number of inspections undertaken, the implementation of REACH (Registration, Evaluation and Authorisation of Chemicals), a strong programme of legislative renewal and simplification and the publication of practical guidance material to both employers and employees. However, these achievements are in the context of 57 reported workplace deaths.
