Safety, Health and Welfare Act 2005 (No. 10 of 2005)

The Safety, Health and Welfare Act 2005 (S.I. No. 10 of 2005) came into operation on 1 September 2005, except the provisions of section 4(2), other than as that subsection applies to the repeal of the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 1989.
