A meat carcass is transferred manually from a truck to weighing scales prior to processing operations.
Scene 1
An operative in the truck places carcass on the flat bed of the truck, another operative standing outside the truck lifts the carcass from the truck and carries it a long distance. The operative then lifts the carcass onto the weighing scales hook. The carcass is then pushed on the overhead racking into the Drying room.

The operative then truck lifts the carcass from the mechanical aid, transfers the carcass a short distance and lifts it onto the weighing scales hook. The carcass is then pushed on the overhead racking into the drying room.
