What about the air receivers’ section that was in Part 7 of the Safety Health and Welfare at Work (Quarries) Regulations 2008 Regulations?
This section has been removed as the existing Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (General Application) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 cover air receivers, pressure systems and is applicable to quarries.
