Inspector Grade III – Chemical / Product Compliance

The Health and Safety Authority has a wide and varied mandate which includes acting as the national body with responsibility for protecting all workers nationwide from work-related incidents, injuries and ill health. The Authority acts as the national accreditation body for Ireland through INAB.

Inspector Grade III – Chemical / Product Compliance

We have an opening for an Inspector Grade III level our Chemical regulatory and Competent Authority mandate. The role involves monitoring and enforcing compliance with the Chemicals Acts and relevant EU chemicals legislation, including participation in and support of EU wide enforcement and chemical products market surveillance campaigns.

The Inspector will be working as part of a dynamic team and contributing to the performance of Competent Authority functions under Regulations. This role may also require some EU travel.

Incremental salary scale: €39,974 - €80,414
