The Behavioural Health and Safety Team at the Health and Safety Authority invites you to a free webinar aimed at helping organisations enhance the quality and effectiveness of risk assessments for psychosocial hazards and human factors.

This session will cover workplace bullying, violence and aggression, and human factors. The focus will be on ensuring that control measures are meaningful and reflect real workplace conditions. Our Guest speakers from both public and private sectors will share practical experience of their organisations' risk assessments and how they implemented their controls to proactively manage psychosocial hazards in the workplace.
