Competent Authority Approvals
Competent Authority Approvals relate to the carriage of certain dangerous goods which are not covered by specific rules under the ADR. The ADR specifies when a CA Approval is required, and in such cases operators need to apply to the Competent Authority for such approvals.
Requests for Competent Authority Approvals may be made by completing a Form for Application, which can be emailed to the Authority at contactus@hsa.ie.
