Building a Resilient Safety Culture: Doing Safety Differently Webinar
The Occupational Health Division of the Health and Safety Authority, in collaboration with industry, invite you to this free webinar designed to help organisations get insight into their own safety culture and to progress toward a more open, resilient and proactive safety culture.
HSA Human Factors Specialist, Dr Colleen Butler, shares knowledge and insights from research and practice on safety culture maturity and doing 'safety differently'. Guest Speaker Marion Kiely, EHS Culture Lead, shares Pepsico’s Courage to Care Programme and how they drove culture change by focusing on psychological safety and empowering its operators and frontline teams to ‘voice opinions fearlessly’.
