Safe Quarry - A Guide for Quarry Workers was developed by the tripartite Quarry Safety Partnership and provides essential information for both new and experienced quarry workers and provides information in the following areas
Raising safety, health and welfare issues Protecting my safety and health at work What others can do to protect my safety and health at work Protection for self-employed or contractor’s employees Regulations applying to quarries and who enforces them Using the SLAM technique to do an on-the-job risk assessment
